For one week only Chino Latino<\/a> at the Park Plaza Riverbank<\/a> has a real view.\u00a0 They\u00a0have temporarily moved the ground floor restaurant to the\u00a01st floor, where from the Thames Suite\u00a0you have unrestricted panoramic views of the River Thames\u00a0and the Houses of Parliament.<\/p>\n

Even without the view Chino Latino is always worth a visit, especially if they have a Top Table discount, this time it\u00a0was\u00a0only 25% off the a la carte menu, but I have seen deals of up to 50% here too.<\/p>\n

However with the view, I have only one word to sum up the experience and that is “WOW!”.\u00a0 The Thames Suite is just stunning. With live music and well spaced out tables it just had so much going for it.\u00a0 If this were the normal\u00a0restaurant, then Chino Latino I suspect would be a top London destination restaurant.\u00a0\u00a0Alas\u00a0this is\u00a0not the case – I\u00a0guess that the Thames Suite as a banqueting room\u00a0 is probably too big a revenue generator to use as mere restaurant space. I am just so pleased to have been there for this one week only experience.\u00a0 Who would have thought a refurbishment standby location, could be so spectactular (especially on a wet bank holiday weekend).<\/p>\n
