The layout was not very effective, all the busy stands (the ones giving away food and drink samples) were\u00a0generally in areas where\u00a0there was\u00a0barely space for one row of people &#8211; a recipe for instant traffic jams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The cookery displays in the Teatro del Gusto looked interesting. \u00a0 I was certainly looking forward to attending the one <a title=\"Theo Randall\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theorandall.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Theo Randall<\/a> was scheduled to do. The seating was free (accept for the front row, so seemed like an option.\u00a0 No chance! &#8211; the small area was packed even before Theo&#8217;s session. The people from the earlier session were not moving, paying customers even\u00a0had to have chairs brought in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Wine Academy was another wash out for us.
