If you remember the critic tasting scene in the film Ratatouille, you will know what I mean\u00a0 &#8211; If you haven&#8217;t seen the film I can thoroughly recommend it as it is one of Pixars best (don&#8217;t watch the clips or it will spoil it for you).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a title=\"Disney's Ratatouille\" href=\"http:\/\/www.disney.go.com\/disneyvideos\/animatedfilms\/ratatouille\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.disney.go.com\/disneyvideos\/animatedfilms\/ratatouille\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><object width=\"425\" height=\"255\" classid=\"clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000\" codebase=\"http:\/\/download.macromedia.com\/pub\/shockwave\/cabs\/flash\/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0\"><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\" \/><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/5LaVzxHIR4Y&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;\" \/><param name=\"allowfullscreen\" value=\"true\" \/><embed type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"425\" height=\"255\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/5LaVzxHIR4Y&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" \/><\/object><\/p>\n<p>The Ratatouille moments:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"Raco de'n Friexa\" href=\"..\/..\/?p=1033\" target=\"_self\">Raco de&#8217;n Friexa<\/a>: The iced raspberries, served with the Petits fours &#8211; took me back to my childhood, when I was picking\/eating\u00a0 juicy wild raspberries from the bushes in the fields near my home.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"The Capital\" href=\"https:\/\/www.noexpert.co.uk\/food\/?p=4557\" target=\"_self\">The Capital<\/a> :\u00a0 Herring fish course, so distinct and strong in flavour &#8211; took me back to all the childhood meals of Potted Herrings I had, when our neighbours brought back fresh fish from Aberdeen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"The Foliage\" href=\"https:\/\/www.noexpert.co.uk\/food\/?p=3117\" target=\"_self\">The Foliage<\/a>: Sea Bream\u00a0dish had such a wonderful full flavour. I was transported back to the harbour in Oban as a child watching the fish being unloaded from the trawlers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><a title=\"Pied a terre\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pied-a-terre.co.uk\/default.asp?V_ITEM_ID=78\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pied \u00e0 terre<\/a>: Strangely this was from a dessert wine. It was my first taste of <a title=\"About PX - TastIng Notes\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jancisrobinson.com\/articles\/a20080927.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PX<\/a> sherry.
